Guardian druids: this does proc off your Moonfire, including the free ones from Guardiano Galattico. Which doesn't make it a great trinket, but if your current trinkets are worse, you may as well.

Obtained this one in Titanforged form with socket. Good news for Firemages, it procs off Ignite as well.

This item was hotfixed, now deals 3.5 times more damage. At base item level 820 it is 78330 average damage, with 10% variance, no attack power/spell power scaling, affected by percent buffs for nature damage such as Enhancement mastery

Triggers off of Rockbiter/Boulderfist, Crash Lightning, Flametongue casts (but not attack procs) and Frostbrand casts for Enhancement shamans, which means there's enough things that trigger it often enough to be viable for use as Enhancement.

Enhancement Shaman this thing is real nice. I just tested it on a dummy and it accounted for 9.6% of my DPS (note mine is 950 Titanforged and at 50% mastery the damage is listed at 157k per proc), very nice to know that even though it says "Spells" it still works with ~~all~~ some/most of our abilities.

This seems to proc for WW Monks using the tier 1 talent Occhio della Tigre The dot it leaves on the target / monk makes it proc.

I got this today epic 835 version of world quest. I'm feral druid and it procs of that as well, so it seems not be caster only.

seem proced by my rip and rake at least so far I can tell, it procs a lot and for feral Kitty it crits a lot. almoste up to 200k crits :)

got it by excedenlty my loot spec on resto :)

Seems get boosted by something, saw it crit for 251k, my gear slighty got increased today when I posted this, or might benefit from blood talons. hard to test that.

Proc's very well on Shadow Priest. Seems to work on dot ticks and Void Torrent channel. Useful kiting tool since we don't have any decent kind of skill for that. Just killed a rare spawn and it counted for 19% of my damage.

How do I get this as a Ret Paladin? All I ever see is Impact Tremor?

I use a titanforged 850 version of this trinket on my Balance Druid. I got this out of a world quest (Su'esh IIRC).

Compared to other trinkets like Lingua Biforcuta di Naraxas the big difference is that this one procs from DOTs too.

If you multi-dot this can proc anytime on any target as long as they have your DOTs on them.

I tested it with Fuoco Solare, Fuoco Lunare, Bengala Stellare and Pioggia di Stelle, they all proc the trinket with their ticks.

So this seems like a nice trinket for DOT-based classes.

If you use the Stelle Cadenti talent, the talent proc will have a change to activate either this trinket or even Lingua Biforcuta di Naraxas, which is very nice in multi target fights.

I still can't get the World Quest Life Always find a way to have this. I did the quest where you escape Su'esh from the zoo on 5 differents characters, and logged every day for 10 days on the 5 chars and I never saw the WQ to have this.

So can anyone help me understand how I get this to proc in higher itemlevels?
I got one with Ilvl 825 the other day, I haven't seen it since, but I am not satisfied with it yet.
Can it only be 830 for warforged and 840/850 titanforged?
Is it possible to get it 870+, if so, how? Does it always go based of your base ilvl?

Hey, I have done "Life finds a way" on my mage and it have never spawned while alot of you have said it should spawn each other day or so? On my main i got it as daily Q for like 2 weeks or so then it just vanished and i didnt care cuz it didnt matter but since i got a mage now and its like 2nd best trinket they can have.... Did the q line, ride the damn T-rex and waited 4 days now and still no world q. Wrote to GM and they just said continue to do quests?... T_T

Is this trinket class specific? I have never seen it on my warrior. I only ever see the impact tremor trinket.

Got an 840 on my Paladin. Does not proc on Retribution. On Holy, only seems to proc off Holy Shock. Not worth equipping; doesn't proc enough in your shockadin burst window to be worth a trinket slot.

This is a possible reward from the World Quest: La vita trova sempre un modo

To unlock this WQ, you need to do a short quest chain starting from Girati, Occhioscuro.

The chain seems to end there, but you need to go down to the Suramar Menagerie (don't forget to buy your collectible Cestino della Merenda del Gigantosauro from Kieule) and find Occhioscuro chillin in druid aquatic form.

After that, you have to wait for the random WQ gods to roll in your favor and hope this comes up as your reward instead of gold, OHR or other options. I believe if you have a melee spec and you choose that as your loot spec, you can also be offered Tremore d'Impatto.
