Hunters only I believe and it gives one of your followers an extra 20% when going on a mission with archers or unseen Marksmen. Got it from the withered training.

This can also be obtained from "Fletchery" (for Hunters ... the Class Order Hall Tier 3 Class Order Advancement which "Allows you to place work orders for Champion armaments or equipment in exchange for Order Resources").

This is the "purple" version (epic) of this. "Seeker's Scrip" which "Increases success chance of missions by 20% when accompanied by Squads of Archers or Unseen Marksmen."

The "green" version (uncommon) of this is "Bow of Ancient Kings" which "Increases success chance of missions by 10% when accompanied by Squads of Archers or Unseen Marksmen."

Note that the Champion Loren Stormhoof comes with "Hunter's Mark" which "Increases success chance of missions by 15% when accompanied by Squads of Archers or Unseen Marksmen."

I'm still looking for the "blue" version (rare) of this. I assume it adds 15%. I want to put all 3 on Loren Stormhoof. to give him 15 + 10 + 15 + 20 = 60% increased chance.
