I would definitely not recommend farming Addled Shrinekeepers for this. Killed 600 of them and I still haven't got the item. The droprate on wowhead seems to be completely wrong as there is absolutely no way the item wouldn't have dropped already if it really was 1%.

I spent so much time on this particular item, I think i can tell you everything on how you can have this @#$% easily.

First of all, you had to know you CAN'T have more than 1 first aid quest (so if you drop another one, just delete as fast as possible of your quest book)!

I tried to only farm "Addled Shrinekeeper" but that's bull%^&*, the best way to have this one (and others if you need) is to totally clean Falanaar again and again.
You'll probably earn a first aid quest per clean so cross your fingers to have the good one fast!

Personnaly i've wasted more than 2 months of my life searching the best way to have it, hope this could be helpfull.

Confirmed Drop from ''Fal'dorei Weaver''

After 4 kills (Obviously lucky) in Falanaar Tunnels.

Have over 3k Murloc kills for Azhuna ones, some of them you are bound to be lucky with.

Dropped off Incantatore d'Assedio Nobile Oscuro / Infiltratore Nobile Oscuro at Moonfall Roost, Suramar (31, 18) after around 2 hours of solo farming. Spawn rate is fairly fast although I found lulls where I had to go up the steps to kill stragglers as spawns stopped for brief periods.

Just run around Suramar at 31:71 Moon Guard Stronghold, killing(dotin) and kiting Nightborne mobs, with your Bear tartare on, they spawn back really fast. Got own after an hour

So i went in Falanaar and i manged to get it to drop from the elites in one of the circular rooms, they spawn quite fast, so if you have the gear it might be worth considering this spot as a farm spot. Took me about 20-30 min to get it drop. Another one dropped before but I can't remember which :P

After farming both the Moon Guard Stronghold and Falanaar with no luck, I decided to try killing Presenza delle Linee di Faglia Instabiles due to the drop rate. It only took two circuits of the cave before this item dropped!

After lots of spider farming, mine finally dropped from a Punitore Stirpevile while the world quest Nel bel mezzo was up.

I farm Cortigiano Lealista aroud 1h and 30 min to drop. It was sooooo damn hard, but i farm alot gold 15k + from trash and green items(on vendor) and drop from npc's and 1200+Seta Shal'dorei :D

Doing some past expansion stuff. Since nobody ever "replies" to a thread they should make a sub-thread for items. The how. I am trying to figure oput the What and Why of this item. Nothing here though.
