The best way to farm this out is to head to Smolderhide Thicket and purge all of the furbolgs. They're grouped nicely to pull and respawn quickly.

Got mine at the smolderhide Thicket as mentioned above after 5-7 hours of total farming! This one was my last that i needed for the achive, and have to agree that this was a pretty dumb achive, but atleast it gives you a nice title! :D

For ppl doing this achieve, Ashmaw Cub s have a pretty nice drop chance. I killed ~20 or so and it dropped for me. Up vote this so ppl dont waste 8h farming fulborgs.

Spent 5 hours at Smolderhide Thicket and i gave up. The day after i went to Lostlight grotto after 35 min i got the quest Bloody Request.
Reason 1: faster spawn than Smolderhide Thicket
Reason 2: Theese is as far as i know only a quest mob when its a WQ so u have it all to your self

Had a group farming Minigrell Occhioselvaggio at Grizzleweald (68, 73) and 2 of us got Richiesta Insanguinata pretty quickly.

For people having trouble locating the NPC for this quest, run to the end of Sleeper's Barrow and she's in one of the side rooms. Don't forget to bring the items you need!

After looking at the drop table I decided to farm harpies just west-south-west from Lorathil. There are two kinds: regular Megera Maledetta Rupartiglio that torture druids on the ground and high-flying Cacciatrice Rupartiglio that have a very good chance of dropping Nota Febbrile. Took me two attempts of 15 minutes each to get both of them.

The three First Aid items that drop in Val'sharah (Supplica Insanguinata, Richiesta Insanguinata, and Nota Febbrile) all drop from Bestiagufo Lunafolle and Melma d'Ossa Ondulante. You'll find both of these NPCs together in rapidly-spawning numbers at Lostlight Grotto, located in Val'sharah at /way 60 82. This makes for an ideal farming situation despite the low droprates.

Spent hours farming the grells and the furbolgs. I kill one group of Ashmaw cubs and it drops. RNG favored me this morning.
