Raid and Dungeon Missions

Occasionally rare missions will appear to the mission pool after your champions have reached certain item level. These missions are available much longer than the regular missions and they will reward an item like Frammento del Portale Rotto which starts a quest leading you either to a dungeon or a raid instance on specific difficulty which is defined by the item level of the player. Completing the quest rewards a cache containing an item matching with the difficulty of the dungeon. Thus dungeon quests can reward items with item level of 810, 825 and 840 and the raid quests with item level of 835, 850, 865 and 880 (item levels still needs to be verified). For instance, if the player's item level is 827, their dungeon quest will probably lead to a Mythic dungeon which rewards a cache like Violet Hold Contraband Locker which in turn will contain some item level 840 piece of epic gear.

In order to receive these missions your highest champion's item level has to be at least 800 for the dungeon quest missions and 820 for the raid quest missions. The item levels of the missions in question are 810/820 and 830/850 respectively and they come with an extra twist: a fixed success chance reduction. Dungeon missions have their initial success chance reduced by 15% and for the Raid missions the success chance reduction is 25%. These penalties can only be countered by raising the success chance. On these missions the success chance is denoted on red color and without any bonuses the chance will be negative to begin with. Note that the color will remain red even if you reach 100%, but it doesn't have any other effect whatsoever.

This item is a reward from the Class Hall mission Investigate the Violet Hold that starts a quest to enter the Violet Hold. After defeating the final boss of the Violet Hold, the quest reward will be a Violet Hold Contraband Locker that can contain normal, heroic, or mythic gear.

I have a question: Can I still complete the quest if I am lock for Mythic?

I received this item and was given the quest to go to VH mthic. I actually did a lvl 6 BRH mythic before I had planned on doing that and it completed the quest. It gave me the correct item (Violet Hold Contraband) and appropriate loot from the dungeon. Seems odd that Black Rook Hold would contribute to the completion to this quest.
