On an off note, a thunderfury-looking artifact variation popped up in the game's files. Seeing as this is a quest item, this may be the key to that variation. The only question:

For those looking for the sword's location, it is in Azsuna just south of Illidari Perch in a cave with a giant Fel-fiery dog. Easy to mount & run there from Illidari Stand if you don't have flight path. Kill the dog and use your hand-cursor to loot the sword from the dead guy already there on the ground. (The dog does not drop anything far as I know.)

Sorry forgot to get coords. Maybe someone else can help with this? GL!

sadly this is not connected to the outlaw rogues secret appearance not sure where we are going to find it but it's not here

Found in a cave that is next to the common world quest for the Infernal Lord.

It is a short trip, southeast of Illidari stand in Azsuna. You must kill Ragemaw first.

Not lootable by other classes (rogue only?), can only confirm not lootable on my hunter. However, you can still see it.
