I first thought this was a tooltip error, this sounded like Allontanamento dal Male, the Brewmaster Monk ability (now apparently a PvP talent, huh)

I doubt this is useable in instances, but this is gonna be quite helpful for outdoor content unless nerfed, as the item has no cooldown and can be purchased in indefinite amounts, only limited by the cost of 2G50 (before reputation)

Extremely useful for Warriors using Aria di Sfida
If the shield does not break for a while Second Wind will start regenerating your HP. Has saved me many times.

Some notes about this item:
It has no CD, but it does obey and incur a global cooldown.
The global cooldown it incurs does not seem to be reduced by haste, and you are unable to use this item for a full, not haste modified global cooldown after using an ability.
(Ex. Say you had enough haste to make your GCD 1.25s: attempting to use the milk between 1.25s and 1.49s will throw up an error saying it isn't ready yet, even though you can use any of your abilities without problem.)
It cannot be used while crowd controlled.

The shield it generates is affected by versatility's +healing done. It's also affected by a Guardian Druid's mastery twice: Once by the +health portion (since it boosts your max health, which boosts the shield), and once by the +healing taken portion.

It is not usable in instances, raids, random/rated battlegrounds, or skirmishes/rated arena.

EDIT: Welp, instead of Blizzard fixing the bug that let people stack the shield from this up to infinity, they just turned it into a generic mana drink. Great job, Blizzard. /sarcasm

This not being on a CD of any sort needs to be addressed... I can own nearly any tank in instanced or world pvp, but give any of them this, forget it, they're never gonna die, never mind them also getting a bubble from the legendary neck... WTB stack limit of 5, or shared potion CD.

looks like this got nerfed today (05/22/17) after people had been abusing multiple stacks of it

The old Tooltip/Use:

"You Guard against future attacks, absorbing damage up to 10% of your maximum health. In addition, healing taken is increased by 30% while the guard holds.

Any heals you apply to yourself while Guarding are increased by 30%."
