This will drop for non-enchanters in all raid difficulties, including LFR, but only if you are a shaman.

You can get it off the bonus-roll, and you can repeat kills (at least on LFR) to get more chances at getting it, even if you killed it before.

Edit. I got the illusion on my shaman after the fourth kill in LFR and I was granted it as a normal loot item (not off the bonus roll) even if I was not elligible for any of the normal loot.

This dropped for my shaman and another shaman in LFR Highmaul, no one else got it. Unsure if they would drop for other classes

Last night I took a group of 4 to ICC to do Val on group loot for the shaman enchant illusion... one shaman. Only the shaman got to roll on the illusion. Nobody else saw it. From this, I would gather that the shaman illusions only drop for shaman. Happy Hunting!

CAN be bonus rolled by shaman in LFR, as of 8/28/16 7.0.3-22522

My shaman got it from an LFR bonus roll on my second kill of the week. See screenshot for proof.

Soloed normal Tectus as enhance (ilvl 830ish) and got no drops, just 9 gold? I think the loot scaling based on the number of players is messed up. I wasn't in a raid, so maybe that's what was messing it up. Kargath only dropped 1 item for me to boot. At least I know it's soloable now, so most MoP stuff will be a joke.

Tips:
Kargath:
Pure dps race, you need to burn him as quickly as possible before you spend too much time at 10 stacks of the bomb debuff.

Tectus:
Tectus himself should be trivial, but feel free to use dogs to burn through him quicker. They'll be up again. Once the main dude dies, 2 adds spawn. I used astral shift once here for some free healing and damage reduction, Your goal is to burn one as quickly as possible but not get the other one too low. Once one of the shards dies, 4 motes will spawn. This is the hardest part of the fight since you'll be tanking 5 enemies. The motes each have about 1M hp, so I popped bloodlust and doom winds here and melted them as fast as possible. You want to be AoEing focusing on the motes and ideally they'll all be dead before you kill the 2nd shards. Once the 2nd shard dies wolves should be up again and it will be a joke.

For anyone interested in using LFR to farm Illusione: Roccia Dura in Legion as well as in future expansions, simply go to your garrison and speak to Veggente Kazal. Select the "Grant me a vision of the Arcane Sanctum of Highmaul" option. Bonus rolls can be purchased (300g each) by Alliance from Torcifato Seress in Scudo del Vento, by Horde from Torcifato Tiklal in Lancia da Guerra and by both factions from Oratore dei Corvi Thelnaas in Giungla di Tanaan.

Was soloing mythic Highmaul when this dropped...on my warrior. I can't use it, can't trade it, I have to sell or delete it. Why not just let it unlock as a shaman only transmog?
