Gives you an imp companion which will deal damage, I assume until it dies or you die as there isn't a buff or debuff related to it.

Hearthstoning removes the imp from your side.

I found this floating in Faronaar by Illidari Perch and picked it up. When I clicked on it in my bags, it spawned an imp next to me who said: "Oh thank you! Thank you, strong one! I help, you see." Then I had a little buddy next to me called Vengeful Imp who was <My Guardian>. He chilled next to me for 5 minutes before despawning with a "This one's debt is paid...paid it is! Away!" Unfortunately, this imp lives up to his name, as he did absolutely no damage the entire time he was with me and basically just sat there next to me occasionally doing backflips. So, he's funny, but not very useful!
