I suggest grinding 3000 reputation just for this, if you are a caster of-course. Hunters can do without and stick with Morning Dew, but Mages, Priests, etc.. With like 4K+ Mana ( I have 5.5k) You'll want this. It speeds up downtime really good-like.

Fastest way is just get a mage to AoE grind Sorrow hill for about 4 hours or take breaks each day, It took me 2 days to get it. Just heal the mage while he does it and itll be smooth sailing, Since you can also turn in scourgestones, that's an extra 75 rep per valor token.

Note that at level 35 you can get the quest Clamlette Surprise and can cook your own Clamlette Magnifique.

After the initial quest, one Clamlette Magnifique only costs one Zesty Clam Meat.

There is a quick pre-req which differs between factions but all items are available through AH, Alt, or vendor.

EDIT: The resulting food is BOP!

This tooltip is not accurate. The accurate numbers (as of Patch 10.1.5) are 951 health and 1,927 mana, not 95192 health and 192721 mana.
