The proc on this trinket (Dark Blast) appears to be a bit buggy in that it jumps huge distances though walls and objects to pull packs of mobs I/we are not currently in combat with. This It's super unpredictable and buggy and has caused a few wipes. I'm going to have to replace it even if it means going down ilvl for something else.

The trinket proc can be bugged at times. When I'm standing perfectly still, the beam sometimes goes to the sides, instead of infront of me where the adds are.

Can proc off Tame Beast, unequip before taming.

Procs. Off. Everything.

The trinket seems to be able to either A) Proc off everything, including auto attacks, or B) proc off of Tocco Tombale, which allows Undeads to proc it off everything.

Does not hit CC'd targets (as of Patch 7.1)
Very low chance to proc
Damage can crit
Line is based on where target who procc'd it is (making this trinket shine on tight-packed groups).
Range seems to be about 20-30 yards
Procs off non-damaging abilities like Ruba Incantesimo
Has a habit of not proccing on groups of mobs until there's only one left, then it double-procs.

Got it as ilvl 900 out of the weekly (+15) chest. Not sure what to think of it. (MM Hunter)

Any info on this from legion timewalking mythic+? Good output or not worth the grind?

Got this in Season 3 dragonflight and it's damage is about twice as much as Vaso d'Ombre Striscianti, but you're trading out the intellect for mastery.
Also got to compare it against Belor'Relos, seemed to do about 80% as much as my belorrelos damage, at least for as much as I used belor.
