Is this weapon still available it's BiS for twinks because of it's very high ilvl and I want to get another one for my rogue. I tried to farm one for awhile with no success and WoWDB says This item was marked as deprecated by Blizzard.

i went to highmountain burial as we killed mobs felguard legionnaire's would spawn at random, due to being on a busy realm i got two of these swords in about 30 minutes, i went to a mailbox and mailed to a low level player and the alt was able to equip and use.

Guardia dell'Ira Servitrice also drops this sword, certain mobs spawn thru a cycle and change out as killed. they seem to change out if you kill all of the mobs below. if you are farming this sword, look to see what mobs guard the two gates there. you want the top two mobs listed

you do not have to be a 110 to farm these, or be able to do world quests. these can be soloed by low level players by kiting them to Felbane Camp flight path area, where guards will kill them. you will be able to loot

This is by far the BEST IN SLOT item for rogues, I'm on a level 10 twink rogue atm, and I'm hitting 636 without critting using these blades on Outlaw spec. Very easy to obtain, and possibly sell them on your server for high amounts.

so uhhh not sure if im really lucky or wrathguard servitor's drop rate is high but yeah they do drop from them.

As of 25/10/2016 , 7.1 patch, the speed has been nerfed from 5.00 to 2.4. The item theoretically still remains BiS for twinks since the ilvl is unchanged ~~but it appears that the stat bonuses earned from the high item lvl have been nerfed. My rogue went from 3250+ HP (7.0.3) to 2750+ (7.1).~~ (scratch that, stat tempate changes.)
Once more blizzard has proven that anything slightly fun and out of the norm, is being removed from the game. Finally this sword has lost a great part of its value since outlaw rogues were nerfed in the 19s bracket.

As of patch 7.1.0 they requires to be lvl 98, so they are no good for twinkeys anymore

This item requires level 98 to wield as of 7.1. I just received 2 from Legionnaires and both say they require level 98.

Timeline:

This sword was added with patch 7.0 (Legion) August 30 2016.
It didn't have any level requirement for a couple of weeks. Instantly making it the best item for some low level twinks.

A level 98 level requirement for this sword was added with patch 7.1 on October 25 and 26 2016.
With this update the book on this sword is closed and it no longer carry and significance. It's just one of all those hundreds of gray and white items you'll vendor.

This have happen before with Spada di Enti Temprata. Added with Wotlk without any level requirement, thus becoming the best 2h weapon for level 19 twinks. Shortly after it was changed with patch 3.0.8 to require level 70.

There's been a number of similar occurrences or oversights if you'd like, here are those I could find:

Monile Forgiato nel Cristallo Added with The Burning Crusade with no level req. As of 3.3.3 this now has a lvl 70 req

Nastro della Galanteria dell'Aviere Croce d'Argento dei Guardacieli Added with The Burning Crusade with no level req, hotfixed shortly after to require level 70.

Cappello da Pesca Consunto available for low levels. Had considerable higher stats then it currently has, was nerfed with patch 4.0.

Various crafted leg armors, level 60 Naxxramas and Zul Gurub shoulder enchantments as well as head enchantments from Dire Maul.

Canna del Gran Pescatore dei Kalu'ak available at level 25 (300 fishing skill makes it necessary to be level 25) and above. Seams to still be available.
Gran Maestro delle Arene available at level 1 and above. Seams to still be available
Cappello da Pesca Portafortuna available at level 5 and above. Seams to still be available.
