The book is on the table next to Champion Vranesh in the Sanctum of Light, and can be picked up freely by anyone. Appears to be exclusive with Camminare con i Campioni del Sole, to be found in the same room.

It can only be used in the Broken Isles, and the buff persists until you leave them or die, or... it just randomly falls off for some reason.

Also, makes your character's eyes glow with golden light.

I'm curious if this item replenishes each day or week perhaps?

Or is it just a one time use only?

The tracking granted from this book is not exclusive with the tracking from Bistecca di Worg Affumicata so you can use both at the same time.

Be warned that you will lose the tracking buff if you die in which case you will have to return to Light's Hope and re-loot the book if you want to get it again.

So, it seems Light's Hope Chapel is haunted. I used this item in the Sanctum of Light and noticed a friendly target on my mini map. It was moving too fast for me to get a look (it was going from the practice area toward the portal to Dalaran). When I moused over it, it said "Pamela Tracciarossa."
