If you haven't noticed already, the word 'Syxsehnz' sounds an awful lot like Sixth Sense.

The Sixth Sense is a 1999 film with the famous quote, "I see dead people".

The Quote makes sense here, because the toy makes you see dead people, or in this case, Night Elves.

Verga di Syxsehnz allows you to see dead night elves in Val’sharah and. It transforms the neutral Banshees into spectral Night Elf ghosts.
It's sold by Marin Alatagliente upon reaching honored with Custodi for 500g.

How it was obtained in the Alpha
It's dropped by Theryssia at the coordinates 41/80 in Val'sharah.
To Summon Theryssia click on the nameplate on her gravestone.

This is one of the Toys that can be unlocked via reputation in Legion. These toys are available from various vendors upon reaching the required reputation.

Of note, in Legion there will be a new 300 Toy achievement - Ricorda di condividere. This will award the mount Estrattore di Legna Meccanizzato.

Using this item ontop of the Tomb of the Old Kings, located in Shield's Rest - Stormheim, will turn all "Restless Warlords" (Undead NPC) into the woman equivalent of the Vrykul and they become yellow. However, there is no way to interact with them, since they will remain hostile to the player.

The fact, that this item can be used outside of Azsuna/Val'sharah (yet not outside of the Broken Isles) and will affect more than just Night Elve NPCs, might devalue the information described in the tooltip, but reevaluate the purpose of this toy.

Thus it is not unlikely, that there are more, yet unknown uses on other NPCs for this item. Further investigation needs to be done.

Edit: It appears that the tooltip description of this item has changed as of patch 7.1 or onward, so the description better explains the zone restriction.

Since no one here has actually said that they have seen anything , I'll be the first to go on record and say this does absolutely nothing. I've used it a multiple times and have never seen anything like the pics show, making this one step lower than the 'gift of the narru' toy on the "Scale of Useless". However, it does rank right up there pretty high with the iPhone app that literally did nothing.

Although in the toy box and on wowhead it says requires honored to purchase and revered to use, it actually requires revered to both purchase and use.

Note that, as of Dragonflight - this item needs REVERED with Wardens - not Honored as Wowhead claims
