This toy comes from a treasure chest slightly south to Lorlathil. Once you click on the chest, sprites come to defend it. When they down you can open the chest to receive the toy.

When you mount up it disappears but the buff is good for 5 min so the moment you dismount its back:)

Ramo degli Sferzafoglie transform into a wood sprite.
It's looted from a chest at the coordinates 56/79 in Val'sharah.
When you open the chest you have to defend it against some wood sprites, and when they are dead loot the chest again for the toy.

The Unguarded Thistlebranch Treasure is located at 55,77 in the Field of Dreamers, just south of Lorlathil, Val'sharah. It spawns five Birbante Sferzafoglie that you need to kill. The treasure contains 45 Risorse per l'Enclave and the Ramo degli Sferzafoglie.

She fell for it!

It is an event. You have to kill several Birbante Sferzafoglie and then loot the treasure.
But if someone did event before you, you can simply loot the Tesoro degli Sferzafoglie Incustodito

Pretty sure this is a bug. I was with another person in a group today. They looted the chest right before me and got the toy. I saw the chest and clicked on it to open it, but it didn't give me anything. I went back to the glade later on to see if the chest was there, but it was still gone. Going to report it to a GM and see if they can do something about it.

Its not one of your fun transformation toys you can use in combat. As soon as you take damage it goes away. I used it once in a dungeon, it actually dropped dead and left my <player>'s corpse on the ground near me, in the same form as the transformed appearance. lol...

When the disguise wears off, you get a debuff named Lingering Mischief that lasts for 5 minutes. I don't think it does anything special.

Coordinates: 55.5, 77.6 - Val'sharah, Field of Dreamers,
Flight point: Lorlathil - Elyssia Vesprinverno
Achievement: Avventuriero di Val'sharah --> Grellkin Treasure
Toy: Ramo degli Sferzafoglie

start from "Lorlathil" and goes to the South to the "Field of Dreamers". After a few meters turn right and walk down the slope to the meadow with the fountain and the benches. In front of the fountain you will see an Tesoro degli Sferzafoglie Incustodito. Click the box and kill the five Birbante Sferzafoglie they will attack you. After defeated them open the Tesoro degli Sferzafoglie Incustodito and you will get your new toy Ramo degli Sferzafoglie.

It seems bugged when used with emotes and other disguises. I had the human "lets party" disguise buff that you get from Blingtron active when I found this. At first it worked fine and turned me into a Thistleleaf Thorndancer. Then when i used the "/lol" command, the disguise vanished. Then after about 2 mins, my human disguise vanished even though I had 25 mins left!

This costume is great! They've gone the extra mile and added animations for loads of /emotes, and the /dance is hilarious! Perfect for downtime during raids. (The buff/costume disappears when you take damage.)
