I don't know if there's a chance for these to drop really rare items, so far i've only gotten a few junk items (few silver to a few gold) and some archaeology fragments.

So far the best place I've found to get these is the goats at Nessingway. I haven't gotten them anywhere else skinning but in an hour skinning there got about 20 of them. Here is what I got in them, just the items not the numbers: Skystone, Shaldorei Silk, Aethril, Leystone Ore, Unbroken Claws, Stormscale, Arkhana, Leylight Shards, Deep Amber, Chaos Crystal (purple item), Felslate, Eye of Prophecy (blue Item). Plus a lot of grey items. All in all not a bad amount of reagents and some very varied items that I wouldn't normally be able to get as a skinner.

REVISED: I'm reading a lot of people aren't getting anything as of 9/18/2016 just running around skinning things that people leave behind I've gotten about 25 stomachs in an hour and all of the above mentioned items some times in bulk. Not sure why others aren't doing better.

All I ever get in these is gray junk that eats bag space. Trying to figure out how to replace it with something more useful.

There is money to be made in these Stomachs, got a few of my first Oddly-Shaped Stomachs from some mobs in Darkheart Thicket and inside i found 5x Pandemonite which in their turn sold for 23k gold on my low pop server (Ghostlands-EU)

So let me get this straight...

My herbalist who has harvested tens of thousands of various kinds of plant life all over Azeroth and beyond over her lifetime cannot discern a way to gather Rosa Lucestellare correctly. But, an ordinary deer can chew it, swallow it, partially digest it, and then get it dissected out of their Stomaco Strano and it's still a more viable sample than my attempts at gathering it naturally?

Hmph. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
