I dunno if it'll stay this way, but currently in the beta, this pet is really huge! It's about the same size as my female dwarf character (and hover a short distance above her). It might not be intended to be this big, but part of me wishes it were. It would be really fun to have a massive whelpling at my side in the live game!

Here i am showing the road from the north-west, but there is also a road from east and you don't need to use Grapple poin for this road. It starts from Dreadwake's Landing/Hafr Fjall.

Appears you can put it in a cage so you can possibly farm this until you run out of alts and make decent money on the auction house off of it.

You get Draghetto Tempestoso from Matriarca Alatempestosa, located in the south of Stromheim on a mountain.

Coordinates: 49.6, 72.0 - Stromheim, Stormwing Rookery
Flight point: Hafr Fjall - Fluga la Custode delle Scaglie
Achievement: Avventuriero di Stromheim --> Vignette: Stormdrake Matriarch
Item: Gambali Foderati di Pelle di Matriarca

if you start from "Hafr Fjall" (south from Dreadwake's Landing), continues up the mountain, keep your right and you will find a narrow path behind a torch. Follow the path along the rock face until you reach "Stormwing Rookery", there you will find Matriarca Alatempestosa.

Looks like in Bfa you can loot this pet as many as you want. I killed twice and get 2 pet, so tried to kill 4 more times and I got 6 all together. Maybe was like this in Legion but I think was 1 loot / character.
