You can get this mount from Z'tenga il Camminatore for 5000 Artiglio di Artiglionero. It requires exalted reputation with Bracconieri Selvaggi to purchase and use.

Getting reputation and Blackfang Claws are done by killing elite mobs in Fang'rila. Most mobs are pretty hard to solo, so it's most efficient to farm this with a group.

The following normal elite mobs award 25 reputation each, and drops 2-5 Artiglio di Artiglionero each:

The following rare spawns award 500 reputation each, and has a thirty minute spawn timer:

You can also get reputation by completing the weekly quest Rissa nella giungla which gives you 3500 reputation. Completing this quest requires you to summon three elite mobs which needs a total of 40 Blackfang Claws.
Some days you will be offered the daily quest Unghie e denti (H) / Unghie e denti (A) from the Tanaan main hub, which will award 1500 reputation and 25 Blackfang Claws.

I went from Neutral to Exalted with Saberstalkers on 6.2 patch launch night. Took about 2.5 hours (as a human with trading post and constantly having epic guild battle standard down--37-38 rep per kill plus 700+ for the Rare).

We camped constant spawns where the rare elite spawns. Be sure to get your 9 buffs from the green goo.

From going to Neutral to Exalted, I only amassed 683 claws. There's NO way I'm going to camp 5,000 claws for the achievement--let alone that reskinned mount.

Do yourself a favor and wait for this area to be buffed with more claw drops, or wait for next xpac and complete it (Like Isle of Giants bones farming @ level 100).

Submitted a screenshot! Got this mount 3 days after 6.2 dropped on EU, maxed out exalted with the Saberstalkers in a 5-person group with about 800 claws, then farmed the rest either solo or in a 2-person group with a BM monk friend of mine. Haven't seen anyone else with the hellboar yet, probably because there's not many people willing to grind as hard as I am ;)

Here's a tip at getting your claws as a hunter. (Did this as a 692 BM hunter with a spirit beast)

Head to the lake at Fang'rila, then to the fel corrupted part. Now get 9 stacks of sludge but leave your pet clean

Soloing the groups around the lake should be fairly easy now, just send your pet in to tank, while you rain hell upon them from behind. Remember to mend pet and misdirect!

I got about 40 claws a group this way, took a few hours to get 5k, might take you more or less depending on the size of pulls youre comfortable with.

PS. Glyph of Misdirection and Glyph of Mending recommended.

Possibly does not count for mount achievements. I checked my count before I bought it (212) and again after I learned it; still at 212. Perhaps it is a glitch, and hopefully Blizz will fix it?

EDIT: Apparently, it does count towards the achievements. It just took about 10 minutes to register, and several logouts and a couple character swaps.

I like the Wild Goretusk mount look better, it's 4000 claws cheaper and this one looks kinda silly with all the armor.

I started solo farming for this last night as a 742 BM hunter and obtained the 500 claws in roughly 3 hours.

All I did was take the misdirect glyph and pulled about 15 mobs at a time, AoE'ing them down with beast cleave and the Artillery Strike garrison ability. Not a bad grind any more if you have a bit of gear and some patience.

Did a guide for farming this efficiently nowadays for every classes in 6.2.2. It's easy if you have tank spec, but say cloth DPS needs 920+ to pull like I do.

I personally got 5000 shards as 710 druid tank in about 250 minutes? Every pull average like 5 minutes I like say, just to have easy math.

We need an unarmored mount version of it. These boars are from Hellfire Peninsula. Its skin is the same colour as the ground in HP in Outland.
