These daggers are made from the fangs of Goremaw the Devourer, Sargeras' hound.

Subtlety Rogue Hidden Artifact Weapon Appearance

The Uncrowned Vault is the way to obtain the hidden Subtlety Ladro Artifact Appearance via Tomo dei Veleni Ultraterreni. See the spoiler tags below for details!

The steps to obtaining the Venombite weapon appearance for Subtlety Rogues is as follows:

When La Volta Tier 2 Order Hall Upgrade is selected, you sometimes obtain a Biglietto delle Segrete on successful completion of an Order Hall mission. This gives you access to the Uncrowned Vault within the Camera delle Ombre, when turned into Marin Granstrippo.

A Biglietto delle Segrete can only be turned in once per week.
Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo, obtained via pickpocketing in the Broken Isles, will also give you access to the Uncrowned Vault.
Within the Uncrowned Vault, you can find a Satchel of Keys, apparently visible on a pillar within the vault. This contains Chiave del Tesoro di Lei Shen (reportedly multiple keys).
Speak to Taoshi at the bottom level of the Order Hall to start the Cittadella del Re del Tuono scenario. 1 Chiave del Tesoro di Lei Shen is required for each attempt of this scenario.

This is the exact same scenario that was available during Mists of Pandaria.
Complete the scenario (reaching the end, or until the timer runs out) looting chests and obtaining as many Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovatos as possible.
Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovatos can be obtained from:

Cassa del Tesoro Dorata (Large Treasure Chests) – 20% drop rate
Cassa del Tesoro dei Mogu (Small Treasure Chests) – 12% drop rate
Dropped by Sciacallo Lamalercia who will spawn from treasure chests in the second room. When spawning, they will stun you and attempt to escape before being killed. Pre-emptive CC (e.g. Trappola della Runa del Gelo, which can be purchased in the initial preparation room of the scenario for Talismano Superiore Portafortuna) can ensure he doesn’t get too far away. 100% drop rate for Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovato.
Dropped by Colosso Divino Gulkan at the very end of the scenario (if you reach there before time is up). 100% drop rate for Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovato.
Rewarded by Tenwu Fumo Rosso at the very end of the scenario. If you reach him before the timer is up and speak to him to end the scenario, you get an extra Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovato.

Use the Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovatos to open the Tesoro Ritrovato di Lei Shens at the rest area after completing the scenario. These chests have a chance to contain Tomo dei Veleni Ultraterreni, which unlocks the hidden appearance!

If you reset your artifact weapon (the talents/traits) you DONT lose any artifact power except for the artifact power you pay for the reset!

With the daggers equipped, I passed Tehd Shoemaker at Felbane Camp and he said:
"Oh, yes! Those daggers of yours would cut quite a swath through the Legion, wouldn't they? Are those demon bits? Biting the hand that breeds them? I like what I see."

The Temple Priestess at the Temple of Elune (who criticizes anyone with a dark weapon, it seems) had this to say:
"Rogue, are those - demon fangs? Are you using demon teeth as a weapon? That's disgusting!"

When upgrading these DO NOT pick Shadow Nova unless you want every neutral creature to attack you every time you come out of stealth! I did pick it and it keeps getting me killed. I have to find some way to remove it.

Can anyone tell me why these are still in the game? I got mine and hit like 1'm level 5... 1.1 dps stock? Seriously blizzard up them a 5-10 dps. With 2/3 relics installed they are still under 5 dps. At least make them usable briefly. Or sellable for major gold.
