You can get this pet by completing Rudino, offered by Rudino who is trapped inside on the upper floor of the burning house by the water-mill in Heathrow Manor, south of Black Rook Hold, Val'sharah.

Run into the burning house and up through the burning stairs. He's up top just waiting for you to rescue him!

I named mine "Omen" after my own mastiff rescue pup. Who also happens to be named after the Giant Lunar Festival boss. Good times!

Go to the burning house at 38, 65 in Val'sharah, eat you Cibo del Combattente then go inside, and up the stairs, with the food buff you can dance in the fires at will :P

Rudino is located in Val'sharah.
Coordinates: 38.6, 65.6 - Val'sharah, Heathrow Manor,
Flight point: Bradensbrook - Douglas Carrington
Quest: Rudino
Pet: Guinzaglio di Rudino --> Rudino

if you start from "Bradensbrook", goes to the West and take the left road to "Heathrow Manor", it is an burning house uphill the cliff. Goes inside the house to the upper floor, there you will find and rescue Rudino. Complete the quest and you will get Guinzaglio di Rudino as your reward.

There are burning house at 38, 65 in Val'sharah. Get in and follow stair to 2nd floor. There is a dog in panic. Accept a quest and turn it up, you'll be rewarded with Guinzaglio di Rudino. Battle pet — Rudino

If you aren't sure if a character has done the quest to get the pet or not, and you don't want to have to (literally) run through fire in order to check:

/script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(39015))

If it comes up 'True', that character has gotten Grumpy.
If it comes up 'False', that character can go pick up their Grumpy (if they're high enough level and able to get there, that is!).
