The rank 3 recipe looks very lucky oriented. I got the recipe after craft ~35 potions.

Edit: I just proc x20 2 minutes ago.

Is it possible for this to bug? I'm about to surpass 2,000 potions crafted and have yet to proc rank 3.....

I had materials for 500 Potions in my bags and started crafting. Got the recipe after 170 crafted Potions.

- Rank 3 potion recipes are a discovery from crafting potions at rank 2
- You need rank 2 to get rank 3
- You don't need to be 110 to get the recipe
- It might take some time to proc (reports vary from 20 to 1000+ crafted potions until recipe was aquired, so small chance and random)
- The rank 3 spell is not learned automatically like flask recipes
- Once you get the rank 3 "discovery proc", the recipe for rank 3 is placed into your inventory (make sure to have a free bag slot)
- You need to click the recipe in your inventory to learn it
- If you didn't get it after thousands of potions created, check your inventory bags and bank, you might have already received it but simply missed it

This really is the worst way to get a "rank 3" for any of these potions. Really wish they'd change it. I'd rather go farm some NPC to get a drop then sit crafting a gazillion potions hoping for it to "drop",
