Found inside Bleeding Hollow Cave, entrance: 32.6, 37.2.

Location: Skull of the Mad Chief 34.6, 34.6.
Dropped: PH Skull of the Mad Chief, blue item, currently no item text, BoP. Right click summons an Eye of Kilrogg and leaves the user unable to move. 15 min CD. Strange symbols on the ground in the previous room. Almost looks like a clock/sun dial. There is a flame pointing east, wondering if this moves. Maybe need to visit at a set time. Or use the item ontop of the symbol.

As of the current 6.2 PTR, this item is found in the Descent, which is a cave full of scorpions and Bleeding Hollow ghosts. The item has the icon of a regular old skull and, when used, transforms you into a small version of the Eye of Krillog. You move for about 20 seconds in a slowfall state that is quite a bit faster than a mount.

I found this item today and spent some time experimenting with it. For the cave, if you can break fall damage, just jump down the center and it will be in the next room. You can probably Aviana your way back out if you are careful with your positioning.

Usable in outdoor draenor only. No speedy wipe resets for you!
If you are struck by an enemy, the effect is cancelled.
It also grants slow falling and water walking
It increases your movement speed by 300%.
The effect does stack with your cloak enchant (your 110% base speed will be increased to 410% My mounted speed OTOH is only 220%
The 20-second duration and combat penalties makes it a little situational, but it can get you from your garrison to your shipyard rather quickly :)

I also had a phasing issue but was able to just run out to the water change locations and phase back to the jungle and the toy showed up

Notably, at least for horde... don't jump off the cliffs with this effect going. You'll meteor out across your shipyard and into the sea, unless you cancel the effect, at which point you will plummet at the velocity you were moving forward. In all my time playing WoW I have never hit the ground that hard.

Hunters, you can use Camouflage after you use the skull. This reduces the chances that you will be struck by an enemy, and having the effect end sooner.

Oddly enough I was able to use Burst of Speed with this effect up, as well as go in stealth. I was moving at 480% movement speed for the 20 seconds.

Sadly the effect breaks on damage, making it poor for escaping from PVP fights. :(

I've found this item to be useful and fun but sometimes a little overpowered. Like when I launch off a rock and uncontrollably fly off into the distance. So I made a macro to easily activate and cancel the effect.

Click once to activate the skull, click again to deactivate it.

You should know that when you cancel the aura you don't float gently to the earth, you plummet. So be prepared to use slow fall, blink or whatever else you have to break your fall

Excellent for getting out of long caves quickly, where you can't mount. The duration is long enough to the entrance of most of the "standard design" caves in Draenor :)

Note that you *do* still aggro mobs while using it, and damage will break the effect... so try to avoid the mobs on your way out :)

For rogues burst of speed and sprint stacks with this buff, my movement speed goes from 410% to 480% so use to become even faster. :)

To find the cave holding the skull, do the following:
1. Fly to Atkar's Post.
2. Enter the Bleeding Hollow Hunting Grounds at 30.93, 39.55 (between the rocks).
3. Go down the fallen log.
4. Enter the cave at 32.71, 36.86.
5. Safe fall (or whatever) down to the bottom of the hole.
6. Go NE (past Bleeding Hollow npc's) to the wall at 34.68, 34.64.
7. Take the skull from the bag.

It would be nice if there were an indoor travel form that you can learn, similar to mounts, and items such as these were an attunement of that ability to work in different areas (like cold-weather flying) and the option to make your travel form assume a different animation (such as a floating demon eyeball of gluttony and death). It is already heading that way with all the crap that blizzard is adding to quickly navigate vast indoor areas, except it all takes up bag space and I'm not currently drowning in Jeeves's to bank it all

This item will become a Toy in Legion! Pack rats rejoice!

It's as of yet uncertain what will happen if you obtained it and then deleted it - it can only be looted once per character.

If all else fails, though, you can get one on an alt if your main no longer has it. Since toys are account-wide, that will grant you the toy for sure when the changes go through.

New Toys - Old Items Converting to Toys
I figured it's better now than later to start farming the old items that will be converted to toys in Legion. Who knows if they'll lower drop rates or how heavily they will be camped once they're added to the toybox.
I made myself a Google Sheets document to track all the toys being converted and it has the ability to mark off the item once you've found it. With the filters I can then hide any marked off toys. This has really helped me find and track the long list of items and I wanted to share it with the community. I've heavily cleaned it up for sharing purpose, so feel free to use it as you please!
