Runa del Potenziamento Iperattivo, Runa del Potenziamento Concentrato and Runa del Potenziamento Solido can be contained in this. Only one type can be contained however.

If you are a Intellect user (healers included) then you will receive the Runa del Potenziamento Concentrato,
If you are a agility wielder then you will receive Runa del Potenziamento Iperattivo,
If you use Strength then you will receive Runa del Potenziamento Solido.

You will recieve 1, 2 or 3 Augment Runes per Sacca Runica

Only your current specialization will change the loot you receive, but that's not upon opening the bag but rather receiving the bag. (The moment you loot the pouch the item is already decided).

I can't recommend using garrison resources on this unless you have a bunch extra to blow. If you find yourself occasionally buying a Huge Ogre Cache on the AH, then it is probably not a good choice to do these missions.

YMMV, but on my server the garrison resources cost about 2 gold each buying caches on the AH. The last time I had one of these missions offered it was a pouch (2 rune average) for 30 resource. That comes out to about 30 gold per rune while the runes are on the AH for 5g each!
