comments today when you hover over this pet says "Pet Battle: Erris The Collector, Kura Thunderhoof" ? Anyone know where these two might be? If we can find them, might help knowing what we need to do to obtain these new pets.

Has a small chance to be obtained from Traveller's Pet Supplies, which you receive as a reward for completing the Critters of Draenor quest offered by Erris the Collector, a visitor/traveller to your garrison, who can be found standing near your pet menagerie.

The bag Erris rewards also has a small chance to contain Young Talbuk and Bone Serpent.

Erris' battle pet team changes daily, and you don't know which pets she will use on a given day in advance of starting the pet battle with her. However, you can forfeit the battle and speak with her again and the same pets that were there initially will still be there. They are typically rare and uncommon pets, rather than elites and legendaries, so should not be too difficult to beat, even for collectors with a relatively small stable.

Note that this is separate from, and in addition to the Mastering the Menagerie Quest and Reward Bag offered by Lio the Lioness.

I can confirm this as a drop from daily visitor bag (if they are not at your garrison it is very easy to go to someone else's garrison who does to complete the daily, received in bag on 2nd daily, completed at another person's garrison.
