This item adds the "Ghost" theme to your garrison jukebox (see the full guide for more details).
You can preview this theme on Wowhead by clicking on the sound controls to the right.

How to get it:

Are you dying for more music? I hear the spirits of Duskwood are something to behold.

Travel to the northeast corner of Raven Hill Cemetery in Boscovespro. Getting this music requires you to speak to Compositore Infausto (see NPC page for map) while you are dead. The easiest way to do this is to fly up very high and dismount (removing armor first will avoid repair charges).

Would be so respectful if obtaining this track was related to Koiter somehow.

... but apparently that's not the case. I was searching crypts and digging tombs throughout the largest cemeteries of Azeroth for days and finally found out how to obtain this weird but otherwise beautiful music track.

Go to Raven Hill Cemetery in Duskwood.
Suicide. (fly up and dismount.)
Run to the NE part of the cemetery in ghost form and look for a mob named Compositore Infausto. (map below)
Ask him nicely for the Ghost music.
Profit!

Thanks to his Fantasma aura, this mob can be seen only by dead players. The visibility range works similar to the living however; You can see it withing a range, no matter how far have you died behind. The guy is on the ground level, not in the basement crypt below. You can find him patrolling the area marked on this map:

Remember, you must complete the initial jukebox quest - (A) Bringing the Bass / (H) Bringing the Bass - or you can't even interact with the ghost!

Known bug: It seems you have to stand on top of the ghost when clicking the speak bubble, otherwise sometimes he doesn't give the roll. Outdated addons may cause this aswell.

As Goune23 has pointed out in a comment reply - if you are not receiving the music roll, you need to disable addons. As of 2/24/15 (the day 6.1 hit live), with addons enabled, the conversation results in nothing when you finish. But upon disabling addons you are correctly given the music roll when the conversation option is chosen. It's probably a specific addon that is causing this, but I don't know what it is so I just disabled all.

Figured out why he won't give the Music Roll, you just have to stand directly on top of him.

Speak to the Folorn Composer wandering the north-east area of the Raven Hill Cemetery, around the open cave. He walked in an anti-clockwise direction.

You must be dead to see him, so get on your flying mount and drop down.

Speak to him and you will be given the Music Roll (says "You Won: Music Roll: Ghost" in the Loot UI).

You can't use it while dead, so res yourself and enjoy the music of death in your garrison!

Even after disabling all my addons, I still was NOT receiving the Music Roll. It wasn't until I made sure I was standing practically on top of the NPC that I was finally given the Roll.

After clicking him and engaging him in dialogue three times, he gave me the music roll. :-)

In this short video you can see how did I get it. I had to talk to the Forlom Composer untill he gave me the roll.
But before, of course, you have to die.
This quest reminds me that quest for Blackrock Depths where you have to be dead to talk to the spirit of Franclorn Forgewright back in the good old days ^^
