Just to mention this, i've killed Nefarian on 25 man heroic but i didn't get the drop.

it is not 100% drop from 25H. I killed Neffy 25H, but cannot obtain this.

Just did this today, on 25M Heroic, for the second time on the character, and it dropped! Same thing for the Kel'Thuzad Music Roll as well.

I received this drop on my first time killing Nef on 25 Man Heroic the same day I unlocked the jukebox. I also had a couple guild members receive this item too when they solo'd H BWD.

In conclusion you stand a pretty decent chance to get this to drop.

Not sure what the true drop rate is. It's my last one for Discografia completa and I've been running this for eighteen weeks on 10N and have not had it drop yet. The only other one that gave me a tough time with drops was Audioscheda: L'ira del Re dei Lich but that took four runs.

Seems to have an unnecessarily low drop rate for an achievement that only gives five points.

I solo'd Onyxia and Nefarion in 10man heroic mode today purely for achievements, which I gained, and then returned to my garrison as usual. I noticed I had mail and when I went to check it I saw the music roll had been 'found in the twisting nether' and returned to me. Is that a common thing?

But seriously, this song takes me back to the days of old, back before Battle.net, back before WoTLK, back during the time of the Game Boxes coming pre-packaged with 6 different install disks, back when they had time cards worth 10 days of free game time included inside. Back when nearly everybody in my school was all talking about there being 10 "Swords of Light" somewhere in the game.
