I took my 70 Feral Druid to Arathi Highlands and ran around the zone killing raptors. After 40 minutes I had the following:

48 Raptor Flesh
54 Raptor Egg
47 Raptor Hide
1 Wicked Claw
2 Large Fang
and
7 assorted greens

After taking Dafez advice, I would have to say that the Gurubashi Arena was the place which I had most luck farming for Raptor Flesh. The raptors aren't that far apart, spawn fairly quickly if you kill them all and have a decent drop rate.

Highland Fleshstalks in Arithi Highlands(around 46,68) have a very high drop rate on eggs and flesh sometimes dropping both and up to 2 of each. Highly recommend farming here for lvling cooking.

Great for leveling cooking, 25min farming Inseguitore della Giungla (they hang out in the southern part of Rovotorto Settentrionale got me:

40 x Carne di Raptor
65 x Uovo di Raptor

With a little more you should be able to level your cooking from about 130 - 235

You do need recipes for cooking these, keep that in mind!

You will most probably need the cooking level requirency to even see the vendors selling these recipes, so keep that in mind!

It should be noted that the Northern Stranglethorn Raptors are only level 26-27 as of Cataclysm. As a result they drop raptor eggs at a much higher rate than raptor flesh. If you are a higher level grinding cooking you'd get a better drop rate on Dustwallow raptors or Un'goro raptors. At 85 Un'goro raptors would be optimal as they are densely spaced.
