These little doo-hickies are on the ground or on top of something. I watched as players killed and killed and finally shouted that they don't drop. No they don't drop at all. You must search for them. They are small, reddish brown with gold trimming and all around.

I hope Blizz increases the respawn rate because at the moment, it's horrible. Or at least add more of them.

I solved the problem by fulling logging out and cache deleting. Logged back in and looted just fine.

Got 3 in an hour or so. And yes there was other people at times, but pretty sure I was alone at times too. Feels like grinding reputation with a slow faction. The respawn rate on these notes is ridiculous low.
