This is a really nice 110 starter trinket until you can get higher ilvl ones from dungeons or heroics, if you are having terrible trinket luck, or if much of the trinket itemization is poor for your class/spec. As a shadow priest who loves haste, I wish I had known about this much sooner.

This is basically a haste/arcane version of Occhio di Skovald. It procs very often, just as the Skovald trinket does. Occasionally, I will see multiple arcane balls fire off on a single pull, and sometimes there will be fel balls (from the Skovald trinket) along with the arcane ones; it's great fun. There is a bit of danger with splash damage pulling extra things, but most of the time it's pretty safe. If you like haste, it's great for dungeon trash, or when soloing multiple mobs, which is where I primarily use it.

Miasu herself is surrounded by 4 other mobs with about 2m hp each. Because of an elite patrol, I do recommend, as other comments, that you fight her where she stands. If you don't have CC, you'll have to deal with all 4 of her friends and Miasu herself. She casts an arcane dome (Zona di Celerità) around the area that gives a bunch of haste. While it buffs the mobs and her, it also does buff you as well, so take advantage of this.

If you're a new 110 and have recently gotten into Suramar with the disguise, I recommend bringing along a friend for this fight if your goal is to obtain the trinket. Be sure to check out the other comments on Miasu for more info.

from Meredil follow the main road south-east to Suramar City. At "The Grand Promenade" go straight and then go down the stairs on the left and go left (east) over the "Moonbeam Causeway". Go into the water and follow the waterway to the "The Gilded Market". Go up the stairs and cross the bridge to the "Midnight Court". Keep to the right and then go up the stairs to Miasu.
