Appears to have a really low proc chance. Don't have any numbers, but I'd see this proc maybe once every 3-4 fights at most. So to utilize this to any degree you need to time stuff for when the proc is at max stacks.

Due to the very low proc rate this item is easily beaten by a much lower ilvl trinket such as the Cleansed Poison Idol which will scale to your lvl when you obtain it. My trinket is currently ilvl 775
granting 613 strength, on chance it grants 2,861 Mastery and heals my Death Knight for 61,775 over 10 seconds. The proc rate is pretty high as it seems to proc every mob encounter while questing and seems to have a 10% down time during dungeons. If the strength buff had a higher proc rate or even was constant it would be a consideration based on stat priority but this is most likely a vendor trinket for most classes.

Has one of the worst visuals ever. Once it procs, your camera slowly zooms outwards until it hits the max of 20 stacks. Then when the stacks expire a few seconds later, it quickly zooms back forward to the original camera distance.

If you start at "Irongrove Retreat", cross the road southwards to the "Ambervale", past the building with Shal'an continue to the big tree with the roots, go on the right and pass the building with Oreth il Vile. Cross the ravine to the giants and go to the large building that Squartaelfi is attacking.
