To USE any item yielded by this, go to your command table, open your followers tab, select the item from your inventory and then the follower you want to use it on.

Can get follower sets and enhancements from follower missions, but they don't appear often, so probably the fastest ways to get them are:

1) Build Fortilizio dei Nani / Fucina di Guerra Livello 2
Get War Mill Shipment from Work Orders (will need 20 Risorse per la Guarnigione for 1 WO)

2) Build Centro di Riciclaggio Livello 2
Get Cassa di Riciclaggio from follower missions (there is a chance to get them from every mission)
Open them in Salvage Yard

Anyone know if it worth to bind that kind of token (weapon and / or armor) to your bodyguard (follower) to boost it a little bit ?

This is not mentioned here yet, but when your follower increases in quality, his item level stay the same.

So no need to wait until your common follower became epic.

Important!

On the Alpha, all follower enhancements and sets tokens listed bellow have their selling price drastically reduced and retain their BoP status. It's fair to assume that it will be the same when Legion become live.

If you have tons of them laying around make a profit and sell them now before the Legion Pre-Patch.
Meanwhile, use the Fortilizio dei Nani / Fucina di Guerra Livello 2 work orders with your excess Risorse per la Guarnigione to get even more tokens to sell for gold. Keep a few stack in case they become BoA if you have a last alt to level up before legion.

In Shadowlands, post level-squish, these now require character level 40 to use even though the resulting token is usable at a lower level. I've had an alt parked at the mission table to #AllTheThings some mogs that only come via the table, and at 39 he still can't use the armor or the weapon tokens even though he could use the resulting weaponry or armor set token.
