Just wondering if once upgraded can be upgraded again with Tecnica: Tarocco Stregato Superiore?

Each of the 640 Darkmoon Faire trinkets/630 off-hands can be upgraded with items created by inscription.

*UPDATE for June 23, 2015* - Tarocco Stregato Superiore Instabile and Tarocco Stregato Potente Instabile can no longer be crafted. Pre-patch 6.2 upgrade items (created before the patch) can be deconstructed to create the following:

As of 6.2, the new initial upgrade item will be Tarocco Stregato (used for any and all upgrades until Stage 4). The upgrade items required for each stage are listed below:
Stage 1 to 2 (Trinkets: iLevel 640 to 655, Off-hands: iLevel 630 to 645) - Tarocco Stregato
Stage 2 to 3 (Trinkets: iLevel 655 to 670, Off-hands: iLevel 645 to 660) - Tarocco Stregato
Stage 3 to 4 (Trinkets: iLevel 670 to 685, Off-hands: iLevel 660 to 675) - Tarocco Stregato
Stage 4 to 5 (Trinkets: iLevel 685 to 700, Off-hands: iLevel 675 to 690) - Tarocco Stregato Poderoso
Stage 5 to 6 (Trinkets: iLevel 700 to 715, Off-hands: iLevel 690 to 705) - Tarocco Stregato Indomito

**Note that 3 separate Tarocco Stregato items are required to get from Stage 1 to Stage 4.**

Notes about the upgrade items:

The upgrade items themselves are BoE and can be traded or sold on the Auction House
They can be used by anyone (not just scribes)
Using an upgrade item on gear will NOT bind it to you if it is not already bound to you
The upgrade item will NOT change the combination or proportion of stats on the item (e.g. if non-upgraded version has versatility and haste, the upgraded item will also have versatility and haste, just more of each stat)
These items can be used on gear that is already equipped
These upgrade items are exclusively crafted by Scribes - you cannot craft them as a non-Scribe, even with the Scribe's Quarters building in your garrison
The Sangue Selvaggio used for upgrades to Stage 2, 3 and 4 are obtained from the Garrison Barn, crafted by alchemists as a daily cooldown, or purchased from "Ispettrice" Sazsel Ditaleste (H)/Ashley Zerep (A) in your garrison for 25 Spirito Primordiale each
The Vilmorbo used for upgrades to Stage 5 and 6 are obtained from mining, herb gathering, skinning, or fishing in Tanaan Jungle

The easiest way to find this vendor is to use the Group Finder under Custom Premade Groups on the day that the Herb Trader is active. Cost: 20 Pigmento Ceruleo

Below are the base and final upgraded versions of the off-hand. This item maintains whatever stats were on the base item when upgraded - the amount of those stats will increase though.
