On live right now this is actually +220 Int instead of Crit, which, I imagine, makes it a serious contender for BiS for several caster specs well into mythic Highmaul and maybe even mythic Foundry.

This also makes it unlike the other BoE world drop trinkets which do all have static secondary stat bonuses, with an on use primary stat.

I own the trinket, and can state that it DOES give 220 crit rating, NOT intellect.

This trinket has been stealth nerfed. It now gives 1100 spellpower on use, down from 1467 spellpower. Blizzard can't update tooltips of nerfs without releasing a patch, so the tooltip remains at 1467 spellpower but when you use the trinket, you only gain 1100 spellpower shown in the character stats.

More than likely a reference to Sean Copeland, the "clarity" part likely refer to him being a Senior Historian for Blizzard.

Yesterday I had 4 farming sessions on the Highmaul Emissary Guard in Ironfist Harbor in Nagrand. First session, around 200 kills, 2nd around 400, 3rd around 500, 4th around 400 kills. NO DROP. So I guess the drop rate isn`t actually 1.1% :)

I got this Item about 12 hours ago and it showed "+220 Intellect"

I just checked again and now it has "+196 Critical Strike"
I would´ve preferred the intellect. I´ve read about the stealth nerf, but this one seems a little different. Someone details on this and the why or is it just Blizzard balancing it?

I farmed Highmaul Emissary Guard last Sunday afternoon, about 300 kills. No drop. All I got beside trash was a single green BoE cloak. Good luck to everyone.

ive been at it for about 60 hours of farming got 2 other 665 items form mobs i kill close to the highmaul gaurds but stil no damn trinket i think the drop chace is lower then it says atm aswell

I just got this from some trash mob in Heroic Skyreach. I was so stunned that I forgot to see which mob it actually dropped from... I'm going to assume that the wowhead client picked it up :)

For me this dropped from trash in regular Upper Blackrock Spire. An amazing find, especially because I had no gear over 615. Raised my ilvl by 5 :D

Dropped while doing the Shat daily, normal mob. My i-level was 613, now 617.

As a player who has never played Highmaul apart from LFR I just looted this 665ivl trinket from a Grossa Cassa di Riciclaggio. I was playing Ret Pally at the time :)

Cannot be used with Schegge del Nulla at the same time. If you have a macro that does /use 13 and /use 14, only the first trinket is activated and the other gets a 20 second CD.

This item's tooltip has been corrected as of this posting and exists as shown above. Seemingly a world drop, as I just picked one up off of an apexis daily mob.
