Even though most Garrison Inn quests have an active use ability, this one was the first I actually activated. Lo and behold how ridiculous it was as well. It removed 60% armor on Azzakel. SIXTY. PERCENT. I turned it in before I could test it out more but this feels like it can be abused somehow, for raid bosses and whatnot.

Edit: Got to notice that it, as well as other Inn quest items, only work in their specific instance. Nevertheless it's definitely something to be used on every boss if available.

Note that "1 Day" duration is logged-in time, not real time. So if you're only on an hour a day, you'd have 24 days of real time to finish it.
