this item is in a cave under a waterfall in orunai delta, the orunai coastline. there is a bridge at the top of the map in Talador that leads on to the path of glory just before Gorgrond, you can either run thru and head down to the coastline and then run round to the water inlet or jump off the bridge and geronimo your way down the waterfall, which is what i did lol.. pictures show you the entrance and also the treasure inside enjoy

I picked up a stack of 12 today while hunting for treasure.

For those who are questioning why would we get a stack since they are not "consumable" with a CD, I immediately thought that the extra 11 would make great gifts for in-game friends :)

A bit weird that it has such a long cooldown since Ultimo Boccale di Lao Chin exists with the same effect, 1/6th of the cooldown, and is a toy, so is account wide and doesn't take up inventory space.
