I can't help but imagine that this might be a reference of Baleog's weapon, a bionic arm, from The Lost Vikings 2. It allowed him to attack enemies from a distance, as well as allowing him to swing across platforms if I got that right.

This is the second reference to Arnold Schwarzenegger and his movies in this expansion (first one is here: Vieni con me se vuoi vivere). It is from the movie Terminator 2 http://imgur.com/GIUBouR where he breaks into a building and steals T-800 Endoarm.

The Cyberdyne Systems Model 101 Series 800 Terminator was sent by Skynet in 2029 to Los Angeles in 1984 to kill Sarah Connor, the future mother of John Connor, the leader of the future human Resistance.

T-800 was the the first Terminator/Infiltrator with living tissue over the endoskeleton.

By far the most useless and most annyoing item form the Goblin Workshop.

And the 'fun' quickly wears off when you realize you have to use it 50 times with a cool down of 2 bloody minutes!

To get the achievement, Terrific Technology, you have to spend 98 minutes the minimum to get 50 hits.

Grenades are way more powerfull, more fun to use and have a cool down of 10 seconds.

Ugh.

If ever there was a reason to use programmable macro keys on a gaming keyboard... the 50 punches from this thing required for Tecnologia fantastica would be it.

Target dummy... use Pneumatic Power Gauntlet... stopcasting... wait 120 seconds... repeat.... go get a sandwich and watch some TV or read some wowhead.

Is this any good for tanks? Particularly paladins, who don't have a rush/grab ability? Do monks have something like charge or death grip (not just roll) to get to a problem enemy?

Death Grip in an item, with charges, and a longer cooldown.
Doesn't share a cooldown with Death grip.

...Awesome for Death Gripping. Use it agressively in Ashran.

This almost never spawns for me - is that a known issue? It's been nearly three weeks since I've seen it, and I have the workshop on two toons. I had to relocate the workshop previously in order to get the chopper to spawn.

It procced Incantamento Arma - Marchio dei Manomozza bleed Sanguinamento Infranto so I assume it works on all procs.
