On a side note, I think there should be engineering goggles made with some of these as materials that show everyone else as the opposite gender.

Follow up on this item with the orb of sin'dorei, or an orb of deception and you'll keep your opposite sex.

Just to confirm if anyone else was wondering this like I was: the pronouns NPCs use to address your character in emotes and in quest texts do in fact change while this buff is active.

An interesting thing to note is that worgen can't swap to their human form while using the tincture.

Did a bit of testing with some transformation toys. Some of them changed your gender, some didn't.

This item make a bug with the titre "Lord of War/Lady of War".

You lost the title when u use it, and the title back when you have lost the Transmorphic Tincture aura.

This kinda feels like a nod to the transgendered community. It makes me want to level up my alchemist now.

And it should day that it changes a person's SEX, not their gender. There's a huge difference there.

You can use this as a druid and your female/male version will persist during your cat/bear shape.

I'm almost broke thanks to this.

I do have a question about this item that wasn't answered here:

When you use the potion, and use it again later, is your other gender form the same? Like, same hairstyle, face, accessories etc every time you use it - making use of the numerical of your normal model's choices?

So it doesn't just randomize the other gender's appearance?

Interaction between the Transmorphic Tincture and Travestimento da Nobile Oscuro varies depending on the order in which they are applied. If the potion is drunk before applying Masquerade, the Transmorphic Tincture's effect will be ignored and the player character will be disguised as a nightborne of the same gender as their real one. If Masquerade is applied first, the Transmorphic Tincture will remove its visual effect and disguise the character as a gender-swapped version of their real appearance. However, in both cases, the actual buffs will still persist. In particular, in the second case, even with the player character no longer looking like a nightborne, the Masquerade buff will still persist and NPCs in Suramar City will react as such.

Great way to test out the voicelines and animations of your characters opposite gender if you ever wanted to change (I keep changing back and forth between pandaren male/female because I cant decide which gender looks/sounds best)

Blood Elves can use an Orb of the Sindori to extend the effects. Do note that both last for 5 minitues, you're gonna wanna use the orb during the last few seconds to get the most out of it.
