Since you automatically get blueprints for all Level 1 buildings when you upgrade your garrison to Level 2, you can safely sell these blueprints to a vendor for an easy 150g.

As someone who has come back to this content later in the game, I wanted to add a post for a little bit of clarification on the benefits of this building:

As a non-enchanter, you can indeed disenchant gear here, but it must be from Draenor or earlier. Trying to disenchant gear from Legion areas gave me the error message that said: "Your enchanting skill is not high enough to disenchant that".

Hope this comment was helpful to anyone else coming back to enjoy Draenor garrisons from later in the game.
