Found @ (68,56) on Duskfall Island in Talador. Leaning against a wall.

It's leaning against a tree, which is in front of a wall. I found that the item wasn't exactly where Tom Tom said it would be, and was instead at 68,56 as mentioned.

Don't try and loot it if with full bags. It disappeared and hadn't respawned after a few minutes when I accidentally did this.

Tried to loot this today on a toon new to the zone and did not get a cog wheel, even after relogging and leaving the zone Another guildie had same problem. Bug report submitted.

If you don't get the gear wheel to loot, rather than submitting a ticket to a GM, just join a cross-realm group (I use the "Cross Realm Assist" addon), and try on a different world. Worked for me, took all of 15 seconds.

Just a note: If you are doing the "Aruumel's Rest" quest, while you are in the spirit realm, you cannot see the Lightbearer. Click to debuff and there it is - against the tree.
