Obtained in the Razorfen Downs instance. From the entrance take the left path, then work your way to the very end, where there are stables. You knock down the gate then speak to the NPC's there. One is a cook. He will ask you if you want to learn a recipe - say yes and he'll automatically teach you Goldthorn Tea

I'm not sure what happened but it looks as if this recipe was removed from my cooking list.

I went in and talked to Henry again and he offers to teach me the recipe, however i don't learn anything.

There was a bug in 2.3 that caused players to forget how to make Goldthorn Tea. In patch 2.3.2, players can go back to Henry Stern and relearn the recipe at no cost.

You will, unfortunately, have to go back to him after the patch to relearn it if you lost it.

Hmm... What skill lvl is required for this?? When does it turn Yellow and Green?? I suppose u need some skill lvl, and cant get it will 1 in skill lvl??

The NPC that theaches this recipe is int RFD again. I learn this one today.

Idk what skill u need to be able to learn it, but i went with 375.

Even being "unfamiliar" you really do just have to stick left as much as possible and follow the path, a quick glance at the map should make the path fairly obvious.

I learned it today minute ago and it didn't raise my achievement meter at all. Still at 198 -_-

I just learned this recipe and can gladly say that Blizzard changed it and it now counts towards the Iron Chef ach !
199/200 .... 1 more to go.... still cant buy thistle tea as non rogue... have to wait until seafood magnifique :(

Just picked it up today from Henry Stern in Razorfen Downs (Patch 4.3.4)
Counted towards Iron Chef achievement.
Still available, still counts.

It is possible (but not confirmed) that this NPC will be removed in the revamp making this recipe unobtainable.

You can get this from Razorfen Downs. Go to the Murder Pen area and you will see Henry's Handbag hanging from a giant vine in the centre of the area containing Recipe: Goldthorn Tea & Henrys Handbag .
