It boggles my mind why did they add Arthas' Tear Petals, when after Cataclysm Arthas' Tears aren't used for anything. It is a scrapped herb. You can not gather these petals because Arthas' Tears only drops off few vanilla mobs and bags ( it is likely because blizzard forgot to remove them and that has happened before).
Okay I believe how the story goes: I know that Blizzard increased their ranks during making of WoD, so they gave task to some intern and said: create and assign herb petals for every herb there is in the game. Maybe they will use the icon in the future for different herb, but why add pedal for Arthas' Tear?

Since there are no Arthas' Tears nodes, I don't think you can get this item. Neiter Tears nor Tears Petals appear anywhere anymore and haven't appeared for a loooong time now (at least on my server).

But I do have 13 Arthas' Tears in my collection.
