Just north (and around that mountain) of the Colossals Fall there is a camp with a frozen female Orc. When you talk to her you get an option to search her and you pick up a letter. The letter comes with a tooth which you use with Zampa di Lepre delle Nevi.

I have yet to find the Snow Hare's Foot.

When you combine the Fang & Foot you receive Talismano dei Desideri Insoddisfatti.

This is one part of a two-part rare lootable item. The Dente da Latte di Lupo Bianco is looted from Orchessa Giovane in Frostfire Ridge located north of Colossal's Fall (63.4, 14.7). The second part Zampa di Lepre delle Nevi can be found on Viaggiatore Orco Giovane in Frostfire Ridge near The Cracking Plains (54.8, 35.4).

The two parts can be combined to create Talismano dei Desideri Insoddisfatti.
