Had this drop off an Folletto Fogliacinerea, and it did not count towards the Qualcuno mi porti un carrello achievement. I am guessing you need the one that drops off Campione della Fiamma Nera.

Update: Just had one drop off a Berserker Ardente, and it counted towards the achievement.

As far as I can tell, there are two of these items - with different IDs. Only one counts for the achievement Qualcuno mi porti un carrello.
.
One drops from Folletto Fogliacinerea or Berserker Ardente, has just a few herbs and count for the achievement (this bag, ID=106130).
The other drops from Lon il Toro or Campione della Fiamma Nera, has loads and loads of herbs, and does not count for the achivement (the other one - ID=87219 Sacca Enorme di Erbe).

Got one from Leafmender on my Herbalist /Scribe DK
It contained:
18 Golden Lotus
37 Green Tea Leaf
76 Silkweed
17 Snow Lily
7 Fool's Cap

I was not expecting this, as my main (Tailor / Enchantress priest) had never gotten anywhere near this good of a fetch from this item. Perhaps his profession(s) affected the loot. Can anyone confirm this?

Not nearly as big as the Big Bag of Herbs that drops from Lon the Bull in Townlong Steppes.

Seems it was nerfed in patch 6.0.2:

I killed the Champion of the Black Flame twice and each time they gave me TWO bags (was only 1 before). But instead of having 4-5 full stacks of herbs, including a nearly full stack of Golden Lotus, they now have only 1 lotus and 15-20 of a random herbs.

Qualcuno mi porti un carrello, this was the hardest achievement in Mists of Pandaria.
I got this on the last day of the expansion: 14 December in 2011.
For this achievement I've spend a total of 4 mounths playing 4 hours a day.
This achievement is hardest cause do you need loot rare items from rare mobs.
Even the rares having 30 to 60 minutes spawn the problem here is cause those rares has low hp and die fast, making you lose then.

Another factor that make this achievement hard, is because the items needed has low drop chance.
For example the Redini della Serpe delle Nubi Tonante d'Onice, this mount has 0.9% drop chance, and was my last item for conclud the achievement.
I've spend a total of 400 trys to loot this mount.

My strategy for don't lose my mind while doing this insane grind was watching one piece while the Huolon doesnt spawn.
The addon called Rare Coordinator was great to track the rare spawn times, but I guess it's doesnt work on Dragonflight, cause you need other players to tracking with you.

Don't forget to use move speed items and teleport to reach rares faster.
