Was a 5.4 Heroic only drop, used to upgrade trash drop loot (gloves and cloaks). Similar to Pietra del Fuoco Cristallizzata from Firelands.

This item has become useless in 6.0.2, the vendor no longer sells upgraded versions of trash drops, since Mythic trash in 6.0.2 will likely just drop the Mythic items, rather than need the upgrade token that Heroic needed in 5.4 since Normal and Heroic shared the same trash difficulty.

Eco di Guerra can be obitaned in heroic version of Siege of Orgrimmar from all the bosses.
It can be used to upgrade epics from the normal raid to a heroic ones.

If you upgrade the non-heroic item with valor does the heroic version maintain +8 ilvls after it is obtained?

This item Cannot be used on drops from the bosses, only on drops from the trash mobs. When you upgrade trash loot with this it becomes HC level trash.

can this be used on flex trash drop? or does it need to be heroic.
