Many shiny new Greatfather Winter-themed items have recently been datamined, indicating a possible revamping of the Winter Veil Holiday.

Seeing as how the highest-bag-slot-per-ease-of-material-acquisition bag, the Netherweave bag, also is comprised of 16 slots, I don't see this bag being incredibly helpful for alts (its seemingly-intended purpose, given its BOA nature), except, perhaps, in cases where you want to transfer a bag to a character of the opposite faction (on your account). Many of us don't have two accounts, or do not wish to bother a friend with neutral-AH-item-jockey. It could be useful on a fresh account or fresh server, as well, but these are less-likely circumstances, I suppose.

I've not yet seen how this item will be obtained. As with all PTR items, it may not even make it to the final cut.

I'm sorry but I have to say this is one of the dumbest items why not make it something worth while like a 20 or 22 slot bag.

This is confirmed to be from a China only promotion called "The great teacher of Azeroth school". What it requires is for someone to register as a "teacher" and they then recruit new players. The new players then each get a Scatola Fortunata Superiore, which has the mount Tartaruga Fortunata Cavalcabile, a Zaino Fortunato and Sentiero Fortunato di Cenarius in it. You can see it on China's promotion page here: http://www.battlenet.com.cn/wow/zh/blog/9636914, even with it being in chinese you can at least see the box, mount and other items in the picture.

There is nothing to worry about for you mount collectors out there as China is NOT getting a unique mount as the Tartaruga Fortunata Cavalcabile teaches you this mount Tartaruga Cavalcabile which is the SAME mount that the TCG mount Tartaruga Cavalcabile teaches.

When this was first datamined (5.4 PTR) these things had Great Father in place of Lucky so a lot off people thought it was going to be from the Winter Veil event.
