According to Ackis recipe addon this is a World drop from the vale of Eternal Blossoms

Edit: Ackis is wrong and the recipes only seem to be contained in the caches in the Guo-Lai Halls.

Found inside Ancient Guo-Lai Caches. All of the caches are now at the end of the left hall or at the end of the back hall from where you enter. Also there are a bunch of mobs so unless you're a stealther be careful.

EDIT: Blizz hotfixed the bug with the recipes only dropping for people with exactly 525 cooking skill.

Been grinding for this and the other cooking recipes, and finally got tired of it and looked it up to see if anyone else had had any luck. It seems that the only people who were able to get any recipes at all were a couple people who hadn't hit lvl 600 in cooking yet, from Ancient Guo-Lai Caches.

I'm certain this is a bug, as I've killed hundreds of mobs and opened quite a number of Caches and haven't gotten a single drop(and have others). So if you're looking for these, my guess is you'll need to wait for a hotfix :(

This has been hotfixed! They will now correctly drop from Ancient Guo-Lai Caches.

EDIT: THESE RECIPES HAVE NOW BEEN HOTFIXED. They should drop as normal.

Since there is hardly any information going around about these new recipes I'm going to try to make things as clear as possible. At its current state these things seem to be bugged. I tried farming these recipes on my main, maxed level cooking for hours and hours, by killing mobs, looting chests etc, and nothing.

Then I saw a report about someone having looted these with Illustrious Grand Master Cook 525, so I decided to try it out on an alt. My druid was about 25 cooking when I started, and trying to farm the recipes at that level gave me no luck. I then leveled my cooking to 525, but DID NOT LEARN ZEN COOKING, and had the recipe drop my first try.

So the trick atm seems to be to have 525 Illustrious Grand Master Cook, but no further than that. Farm mogu mobs around Gou-Lai halls for the Antica Chiave della Cassa di Guo-Lai and loot the treasure chests inside Guo-Lai Halls in Vale of Eternal Blossom. The keys might have a low droprate, but just keep farming and they will pop up for you.

Since the recipes themselves actually require 600 cooking, I suggest you farm all the recipes you want before you continue to level your cooking!

Ricetta: Omelette Morbida con Piume Setose
Ricetta: Fungoli Ripieni
Ricetta: Delizia del Contadino
Ricetta: Zuppa di Boccioli Speziati
Ricetta: Fette di Pomo d'Oro Marinato

These can be obtained by getting Antica Chiave della Cassa di Guo-Lai from the mogu in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms and opening the caches now located at the end of the hallways in the Guo-Lai Halls.

The Mango Fresco required for this recipe are sold by Mercante Tantan who is now in the south building at the Setting Sun Garrison.

While most of Pandaria's recipes do not count towards Gran Chef (they count towards Chef Zampa Forte instead), this one does count. In fact, I was at 199/200 recipes for Iron Chef, and got my achievement as I learned it =)
