To even be able to get progress for this, you need to have at least level 3 renown with Iskaara Tuskarr to unlock the Community Feast event. This achievement can be completed over the course of ~5 Community Feasts, since the event lasts for 15 minutes and the internal cooldown on "Yes chef!" is between about 30 to 45 seconds from what I've seen, thereby enabling ~20 tasks per Community Feast event, if you're there from the very beginning.

Also, just a side note, you do NOT have to press the "Yes chef!" button for this to count. As a matter of fact, you don't have to do anything at all as long as there's other people willing to do the work. Just be close and AFK and it will count towards the progress. I AFKd intentionally through stirring just to see if it counts and it does.
