Shes standing right next to the transporter platform in K3. I don't see that she has anything to do with a transporter schematic for K3 though. Nor, in fact, can I find anything in the data files that leads me to believe there is such a trinket in WotLK as there was in Vanilla WoW and BC.

For example:

There is also this, Wormhole:Gadgetzan, which showed up in the game files with WotLK which also doesn't seem to be implemented yet.

Very disappointing.

actually, the transporter next to her does do something. after you do the quest to blow up garm, it will take you to the same spot you were teleported to the first time with all the goblins. except they wont be there because its phased. and also, the wormhole: gadgedzan spell is something you get for being a high level engineer. but of course, it does have a failure rate... should probably keep those parachute cloaks handy!

She offers TWO options of "I am ready to head further into Storm Peaks." Know your faction before choosing one of them! The upper option will bring you to Frosthold (A) whereas the lower option will bring you Grom'arsh Crash-Site (H). Picking the wrong option will get you PvP flagged and killed by the guards during Chromie Time!
