20% more healing on Eco / Bocciolo di Smeraldo casts. This does a lot for Blossom builds and just a little for Eco builds. An 8 second HoT format is very nice for Blossom and helps fix its healing when it runs out of gas.

The HoT then contributes toward Enflame and can be extended by Fan the Flames.

If I have a Soffio del Sogno and Eco Soffio del Sogno on the same target, does Consume Flame trigger twice?

If I have a Soffio del Sogno an Eco Soffio del Sogno on the same target and then Eco Engulf, does Consume Flame get triggered four times?

Can I Eco Consume Flame at all?

Does Consume Flame have a range? Or will it heal my entire raid? (Tooltip reads like sqrt scaling and presumably has no target cap).
