After tank stamina bonuses this gem is worth:

580 stamina to a Prot Warrior (+15% from Unwavering Sentinel, +5% from Plate Specialization*)
605 stamina for Guardian Druids (+20% from Bear Form, +5% from Leather Specialization*)
605 stamina for Brewmaster Monks (+20% from Stance of the Sturdy Ox, +5% from Leather Specialization*)
630 stamina to a Protection Paladin (+25% from Guarded by the Light, +5% from Plate Specialization*)
630 stamina to a Blood Death Knight (+25% from Blood Presence, +5% from Plate Specialization*)

*Assuming that these bonuses stack in a multiplicative way.

Apparently, 6.0.2 made it so these are no longer Unique Equip (2)

I had to redo all my gems with the stats changes, and decided to see if I could equip more than the 2 I already had. I currently have 9 Precise Serpent's Eyes equipped on one character without any problems. So save yourself a little money and use Serpent's Eyes whenever you can.
